This pool is always crowded with children in the afternoons.

The pool which I used for a total of two exercise swims the whole summer.

The cocktails book I bought Ingrid for her birthday, my favorite gift to give 21 year olds and those who have their own apartments.  I believe that Ingrid is going to live off-campus in Nevada this year, hence the book. 

Mama bought those shells when we went to Langkawi, Malaysia for a quick 3-day weekend getaway.

@ Sentosa Beach, a place that has gotten significantly cleaner since the last time I was there, which was hmm, almost 2 years ago.

The four of us could not have picked a better day to frolic on the beach.

Ready to leave after four hours of floating in the water and watching the ships in the horizon (one from Abu Dhabi!), Chris went to the restroom first.  This is the little courtyard in the open-air restroom.
