Daily grinDWaking, blinking, the race is onTake a shower, shave your face, Comb your hair, put on your suit, Feed the kids, let in the dog, Cup of joe, hop in the car, Make first left, and third right, Down the highway, off the ramp, You’re almost there, 3 minutes late Sit at your desk, read your mail, There’s your boss, hide your face, This life to me, sounds kind of bland The important things, were back behind Left on their own, to catch the bus, And go to school, preparing them For the daily grind Post-SAS |
