In the Long Bar where people can just chuck peanut shells on the ground. The ambience is splendidly colonial. Matt tries to chug a yard(glass) of Tiger, Singapore's favorite beer.

The Long Bar is also the birthplace of the Million-Dollar Cocktail and the more widely-known Singapore Sling. Michael M, Michael K., Matt and I realize nothing on the island compares to the ORIGINAL Sling. |
