I now go to Texas Tech Univerity, out in the cotton fields of northwest
Texas. I really do like it here, the school has been very good to me.
There is one thing that drives me nuts. Texas Tech as people like Michael
should know is very conservative. Conservative and I don't always mix
either. And people that were around me in Singapore know that i can act a
little off the wall. Be like that here and you're treated like you're from some other planet. People thought I was annoying or rude, but when we all got to know each other
things got better. I'm having tons of fun here. I'm making lots of new
friends.
The other thing that a lot of you probably have heard about is my new girlfriend. Her name is Estela but if you talk to her she goes by Stela. Only problem is that she lives in Corpus Christi, Tx and I live in Lubbock,Tx which is about 500 miles apart. We have a very strong relationship and we have held up very well. If we make it far enough we want to get married but not till i'm out of school with BS degree. Overall I have had a lot of fun here. I will never match the fun I had in Singapore and I will never match the friends I had in Singapore. I keep you guys in my memory and heart forever. I hope you all are having fun where ever you are and maybe we can meet up somewhere during one of these summers. |
